WEENGZ / YOUR DATA

Privacy policy

Effective 21 September 2026

Weengz is a single-player arcade game operated by Cyberflux Enterprises Private Limited and released under the Mythic Motion brand. This policy explains what the game handles and the choices available to you.

1. Information kept on your device

Weengz stores your best distance, music volume, sound-effects volume, and reduced-motion preference in local app storage. The game does not create an account and does not send your score to a Weengz game server.

The game does not request your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location. Your operating system may include app data in a device or cloud backup. Those backups are controlled through your device and account settings, and may restore local data after reinstallation.

2. Non-personalized advertising

Weengz uses Unity LevelPlay to prepare non-personalized ads when the mobile game starts. We do not request permission to track you across apps, and we send Unity its supported opt-out signal for sale or sharing of advertising information.

Unity LevelPlay currently mediates ironSource Ads. The game also includes the Unity Ads integration, which may supply an ad if Unity Ads is activated for the app. No other ad-network SDK is enabled in the current integration.

Unity, including its LevelPlay, ironSource Ads and Unity Ads services as applicable, may process information such as your IP address, country or approximate location inferred from network information, device identifiers, advertising identifier where available, device model, operating system, language, app identifier, ad delivery and interaction events, session or monetization events, and diagnostics.

This information may be used to deliver, measure and secure ads, limit repetition, detect fraud, produce reporting, and operate the mediation service. Unity's advertising services may process information in other countries and retain it under Unity's policies.

3. How ads appear

A rewarded ad is optional. If one is available after a run, you may choose to watch it for one revive in that run. The revive is granted only after the advertising provider confirms the reward. You can always choose Retry or Main Menu instead.

An occasional interstitial ad may appear only when you leave the Results screen, after at least three completed runs and at least two minutes since startup or the previous interstitial. Weengz does not start a rewarded ad automatically after a crash, and unavailable ads do not block offline play.

4. Privacy controls

You can read this policy at any time from Settings. Any explicit ads-off preference saved in an earlier version remains respected after an update.

You may also use the privacy control shown inside a Unity ad and your device's advertising privacy settings. Those controls are managed by Unity, Apple, or Google as applicable.

5. Sharing and retention

We do not sell your local Weengz score or settings. When ads are enabled, advertising information may be shared within Unity's advertising services and with measurement or service providers described in Unity's policy.

Local Weengz data remains until you clear the app's data or uninstall it, subject to operating-system backup and restore behavior. Unity controls the retention periods and privacy-request procedures for information handled by its advertising services.

6. Children

Weengz is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through an advertising provider, contact us so we can help route the request.

7. Your rights and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, object to or withdraw consent for processing, or lodge a complaint with a regulator. Because Weengz has no player account and does not receive a copy of your local score or settings, we may not hold data that identifies those records as yours.

Requests about advertising data may require Unity's privacy tools and identifying information available to Unity. See the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy and Unity LevelPlay legal resources.

8. This support website

This static support site does not use analytics, advertising pixels, account logins, or a contact form. When you visit, the hosting and network providers necessarily process request information such as your IP address, requested page, browser details, timestamps, and security signals to deliver and protect the site.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game, its providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the published version.

10. Contact and grievances

Questions, privacy requests, and grievances can be sent to support@mythicmotion.in. For users in India, this is also the published grievance contact for Cyberflux Enterprises Private Limited.
